HealthSensibly Launches 77 Free Health Tools and Diet Plans in Eight Languages
New site HealthSensibly offers 77 free health calculators, 30 diet plans and food guides in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian, Hindi and Gujarati.

October 21, 2026 — HealthSensibly, a new consumer health website, has launched with 77 free health calculators, diet plans and symptom checkers, along with a food encyclopaedia of 76 everyday foods, available in eight languages from day one: English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian, Hindi and Gujarati.
The site is built for people who want quick, private answers to everyday health questions — how much water to drink, when a baby is due, whether a waist measurement signals heart risk, or what to eat with PCOS — without creating an account or handing over personal data. Calculations run in the visitor’s own browser, so nothing typed into a tool is stored.
Free tools for women, men and families
HealthSensibly groups its tools around life stages rather than medical specialities. Women’s health tools include an ovulation and fertile-window calculator, a period tracker, a due-date calculator, an implantation calculator, a contraction timer and a kick counter. Men’s health tools include a prostate symptom score (IPSS) calculator, a heart-health check based on waist-to-height ratio and a male fertility lifestyle checker. Family tools cover child BMI, baby growth percentiles, breast-milk amounts and a baby vaccination schedule.
Thirty diet plans — from diabetes, thyroid and high blood pressure to pregnancy, postpartum and Jain or vegan eating — produce a seven-day plan that readers can save as a PDF or share on WhatsApp.
Eight languages, each written for its readers
Every tool, food guide and article has its own page in each language, with local search terms, local web addresses and proper language tagging, so that a reader in São Paulo, Berlin, Jakarta or Ahmedabad lands on the version written for them. Visitors can switch language from any page, and the site does not redirect people based on their location.
“Most good health information online is in English, and most of it assumes you have time to read a long page,” said the HealthSensibly editorial team. “We wanted the quick answer first, in the reader’s own language, with a clear note on when to see a doctor.”
Evidence first, with a place for medical reviewers
Articles are written from published guidance by the World Health Organization, the UK’s NHS, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Indian Council of Medical Research, and each one lists its sources. Every article includes a “When to see a doctor” section. HealthSensibly has also opened a medical reviewer programme for registered doctors and dietitians; each reviewer’s registration is checked by hand before their name appears on any page.
The first articles cover topics readers search for most, including a PCOS diet with everyday foods, thyroid symptoms in women and pregnancy weight gain week by week. New guides are added every week.
A community for health writers
Writers can create a free account, draft in an editor that checks length, headings and search basics, and submit stories for review. Every submission is screened for quality and originality before it can be published.
