Write for Us

Concierge Wire accepts guest contributions from people who actually know their subject. We are a business news and press release platform, so what we publish has to hold up to a reader who works in the field. If you can write that, we want to hear from you.

We are selective. Most submissions we receive are rejected, usually for the same handful of reasons listed further down this page. Reading those before you write will save us both time.

Choose your category

Each category has its own brief — the topics we want, the angles that are already covered, and what gets turned down. Start with the one that fits your expertise:

What we are looking for

The submissions that get published almost always have one thing in common: the writer has done the thing they are writing about. A piece on managing a warehouse lease from someone who has negotiated one reads differently from a piece assembled out of other blog posts, and our editors can tell the difference immediately.

Concretely, we want:

  • First-hand experience — what you did, what it cost, what went wrong
  • Specific numbers with a source, not “studies show”
  • A clear point of view. A piece that argues something is more useful than a piece that summarises everything
  • Original examples — a case, a workflow, a mistake worth avoiding

Submission guidelines

  • Original content only. Not published anywhere else, now or later. We check.
  • 800 to 1,500 words, depending on the topic. Longer is fine if the length is earned.
  • Clear structure — descriptive headings, short paragraphs, no walls of text.
  • Professional tone. Write for a reader who is busy and knows the basics.
  • Links — up to two, relevant and non-promotional. Whether a link is included, and whether it is followed, is at our editors’ discretion.
  • Images — original or copyright-free, with attribution where required.
  • Author bio — two or three sentences, plus a headshot if you have one.

We reserve the right to edit for clarity, grammar and structure before publication.

What gets rejected

In plain terms, so nobody wastes an afternoon:

  • Content written to carry a link rather than to inform a reader
  • Generic overviews that restate what is already on page one of Google
  • Unedited AI output — we are not against AI as a drafting tool, we are against publishing the first draft
  • Claims and statistics with no source
  • Anything already published elsewhere, including on your own site
  • Links to gambling, adult, or unrelated commercial sites

How to submit

Email write@conciergewire.com with either a pitch (two or three lines on the angle) or a finished draft, plus your author bio. A pitch first is usually faster for both of us — we can tell you whether the angle works before you write it.

We read everything. We reply to what we intend to publish.

If you need guaranteed placement

Editorial contributions go through review and there is no guarantee your piece will run. If you need a published, indexed page on a fixed timeline — for a product launch, a funding announcement, an award or an appointment — that is what our press release distribution service is for. It carries a defined turnaround, a permanent URL and a backlink to your site.

Submit a press release or see the plans. For anything else, get in touch.
